Our Journey

It all started in 2001, when Jason Tran moved with his family from Vietnam to Oahu, Hawaii. It was there that he tried Poke for the very first time – you could say the rest was history! He instantly fell in love with this Hawaiian dish and was determined to not only learn how to make it, but also open his own restaurant.
