It All Started
In 2001, when Jason Tran moved with his family from Vietnam to Oahu, Hawaii. It was there that he tried Poke for the very first time – you could say the rest was history! He instantly fell in love with this Hawaiian dish and was determined to not only learn how to make it, but also open his own restaurant.
For several years, Jason worked at a sushi restaurant in Mississippi to gain experience within the industry. Fast forward to 2023, Jason made his dream come true and opened PokeNash in the Assembly Food Hall in Nashville, Tennessee. With that success he has now opened a 2nd location just outside of Nashville in Hendersonville, Tennessee. We hope to see you soon!
